12 days of Christmas~ Self LOVE challenge ~ DAY 5

Alrighty then, so now that we’re feeling all forest bathed up, and our serotonin is sky rocketed from yesterdays walk in nature. its time to have some fun. What self love challenge would be complete without getting yourself glammed up?

For todays’ self love challenge, I’m giving you permission to buy yourself something!

Yeppers, get yourself downtown to your favorite clothing store and actually BUY that new outfit you’ve had your eye on!

Why? Because you DESERVE IT!

Did you know that what you wear can affect your mood? I’m being serious here. I’ll throw in a personal story. When I was in 2nd grade I had this one sweater I liked to wear. Well, I swear to you, every time I wore the darn thing, I’d get in trouble that same day at school. Either for not paying attention, or stuff like that. One day I drew the parallel between my behavior and the sweater, so I stopped wearing it. Problem solved.

I grew up thinking that was a pretty strange thing, but the I did my research, I found out that I was not crazy.
